The East Quogue Fire Department EMS is an Advance Life Support organization. We provide a high level of pre-hospital care to all paients. There are currently two PL Custom ambulances which respond to  approximately 400 EMS calls per year as well as all fires. EMS volunteers are highly dedicated and contribute long hours in order to provide the most current and up to date level of medical care available in Suffolk County. This organization currently has two full time paid Paramedics and one part time per-diem EMT-CC to provide on-goiong ALS services to the community.
